What are my travel options from the airport to the Hotel?
If necessary, we can arrange a private transfer to Carvi Beach Hotel, directly from Faro Airport at extra cost.
Is smoking allowed at the Hotel? What is the policy on e-cigarettes?
Smoking is strictly prohibited in enclosed spaces within the Hotel, whatever type of cigarette it is. However smoking is allowed on the balconies of the rooms and in all outdoor spaces.
Is laundry service available?
Carvi Beach Hotel does not have laundry service, however within 10 min you can find at The Spar Supermarket Self-Service Laundry Service.
What time is check-in and check out?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out until 12:00.
What time is the reception open?
The reception is open every day, 24h.
Where can I store my luggage?
Next to the reception there is a luggage room where receptionists can store your luggage whenever necessary.
Can I extend my check-out time?
You can request the extension directly at the Hotel's reception the day before you leave and this will be according to our availability.
Are pets allowed at the Hotel?
Pets are not allowed.
Can I fully use leisure facilities at the Hotel?
During your stay, you can use the outdoor swimming pool, games room and gym free of charge. For information on their opening hours, please check at reception.
Does the Hotel have parking?
The hotel does not have parking, however there is a free public car park in front of the hotel that belongs to the beach and can be used by our guests. We cannot book parking spaces and during high season it can be more difficult to find a vacancy, especially during the hours of greater access to the beach.
Can we use the bathroom towels in the pool or on the beach?
No. Room towels are not allowed to leave the hotel rooms, otherwise new bath towels will not be provided in the room.
Do you provide pool or beach towels?
Yes, we provide towels at the hotel reception upon a deposit of 10€ per towel, which is then returned at the end of the stay upon return.
How far from the hotel is the nearest train or bus station?
The nearest train station is Lagos, about 13 min (4.5 km) away by car. The nearest bus station is Lagos (Eva Transportes), about 10 min (4 km) away by car.
Is there public transport near the Hotel?
There is a bus stop right next to D. Ana Beach, which allows you to easily reach Lagos city centre as well as other beaches and Lagos Marina. Schedules are always available at reception.
How far are you from the beach?
D. Ana Beach is approx. 1 min. (220 m) on foot and has been considered one of the most beautiful beaches. There are other beautiful beaches located close to the Hotel. Camilo Beach is approx. 13min (1 km) on foot and Pinhao Beach is approx. 15min (1.5 km) on foot.
Do you provide adapters?
Yes, adapters are available at reception subject to availability.
Is it possible to rent a smartphone charger if I forget mine?
We do not provide chargers.
What is the price of breakfast if it is not included in my rate?
Visitors or guests not staying at the hotel are charged 10 euros per person, to be paid at reception. A voucher will be issued to present upon arrival at the restaurant.
Is internet free in the hotel?
Our guests have free Wi-Fi access in all common areas and guest rooms of the hotel.
What are the dining options at the hotel?
We have a year-round RoofTop restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner and 2 seasonally operating bars.
Is there an iron and ironing board in the rooms in the Hotel?
The hotel does not have ironing boards, however an iron can be requested at the front desk.
Do you organize tours at the hotel?
Yes, our Reception Team will provide you with information regarding activities and tours in our local area and surrounding locations. We are happy to assist in you in booking requests.
Are taxi services available if required?
It is relatively easy for the front desk to arrange taxis if necessary. We ask that you request the service at least 20 minutes in advance. The taxi company does not accept reservations.
Where can I rent a car?
You can find information about car hire directly at the Hotel reception.
Do you have a luggage rack service?
Carvi Beach Hotel does not have a porter service.

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron and cash payments.
Are children's cots provided by the Hotel?
Cots are subject to availability. Please indicate in your booking that you will need this item.
Does the hotel offer wheelchair/adaptive rooms?
At Carvi Beach Hotel there are no rooms adapted for guests with reduced mobility.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
We provide all bed linen and towels to the rooms.
Are there safes in the rooms, and what is the cost?
All rooms are equipped with a safe at no additional cost.
Do you have room service?
Carvi Beach Hotel does not have room service.
Do rooms have electric kettles and / or coffee service?
Our rooms are not equipped with electric kettles, however you can contact the Hotel reception who can provide them upon availability. The Hotel does not provide teas / coffees and for cups you should go to our RoofTop Restaurant to request them.
